Returns

At Hanover Online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return (such as personal use items, clearance items, or customized products).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item

We will resolve the issue promptly.
